A Throne Forever
“And your house and your kingdom shall be made sure forever before me. Your throne shall be established forever.’””
AN UNEXPECTED PROMISE
David wanted to build God a house; instead, God promises to build David one. Divine generosity always outgives our offering.

Human kingdoms fall, but this promise carries the word "forever" twice. God speaks on an eternal scale when He makes a vow.
THE SEED THAT POINTS TO CHRIST
No human descendant of David reigned forever — until Jesus. This is the messianic root that the rest of Scripture waters.
BEFORE MY FACE
The throne's firmness doesn't rest on Israel's strength but on God's face turned toward it in faithfulness. Stability comes from where God looks.
A PROMISE ALREADY YOURS
If you are in Christ, the Son of David, you live under a kingdom that will never be overthrown. Your security is guaranteed by divine decree.
ACKNOWLEDGE THE KING
Act: declare out loud today that Jesus, the son of David, reigns over your life, and hand Him one area you still insist on ruling yourself.
