About Pray Then Act

Pray Then Act is a daily devotional built around one conviction: faith is meant to move. Every morning, a verse of Scripture is opened up through a six-point outline, and every devotional ends with one concrete step — small, doable, before breakfast.

The name is the method. Pray first — let the Word set the direction. Then act — let the day prove you meant it. The order is not optional, and it is not reversible. Acting first and praying about it afterward is a subtly different thing than actually seeking God before the direction is set.

Pray Then Act is one door of CBA Orlando, a Christian community center serving Orlando, Florida. The devotional is given freely, with no charge, as service.
