Hear and Keep
“Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”
LUKE 11:28 · ESV

MORE THAN HEARING
A woman in the crowd cried, "Blessed is the mother of Jesus," and He redirected the blessing: happy is the one who hears the Word and keeps it.
2.
BLESSING REDEFINED
Blessedness is not standing near Jesus but doing what He says. Proximity is no substitute for practice.
3.
THE WORD NEEDS SOIL
Hearing plants the seed; keeping is the soil where it grows. Without obedience, the harvest never comes.
4.
TO KEEP IS TO TREASURE
"Keeping" is not memorizing; it is guarding something precious. The Word deserves a place of honor in your day.
5.
FROM MORNING INTO THE DAY
What you hear in the morning must not evaporate by noon. Carry a verse into the ordinary hours.
6.
KEEP IT TODAY
Act: before breakfast, read today's verse aloud, write it on a card, and choose one concrete way to practice it by tonight.
